11 Important TeamUnify Feature Releases You Might Have Missed!

TeamUnify continues to push to make your team management experience better and better. This year has been no exception, with literally thousands of lines of code written. Bringing you new features, fixes, and user improvements each month.

With each new code release we also release a TUUpdate, which contains training and release notes within your TeamUnify site. As an admin, you can now create, edit, and preview events before you are ready to publish them live for your team and website visitors. To easily see what events are hidden, click on the "Hidden (Admin Only)" tab, and the list of Events that are not publicly visible will be displayed to you.

TeamUnify will scan the records automatically and tell you if, and which, were broken. Select none, one, many, or all records found to automatically update your team records. Now you can update all committed athletes in the upcoming meets with their new best times from the results import.

TeamUnify has added functionality that will allow you, as an admin, to enable email notifications for any email address (not just administrators) to be notified instantly, or with a daily summary, of all the registrations of your team.

Now, as an admin, you can set the payment frequency for your families to select at the time of registration. Simply review the account's selections from registration, and quickly assign to the sub-billing groups accordingly when you manage your registration.

Your accounts will be able to view what their outstanding balance is (debit or credit) and proceed to the checkout. At checkout the account will see the "Credit Amount Applied" to their checkout fee. If the account's credit balance covers the entire registration total, then there will be no balance due.
