MainSet Year in Review

Looking back, it is hard to think that we only launched MainSet a year ago. Since it was one of the most highly requested features here at TeamUnify, there was a definite need for a coaching toolkit that simplified writing, organizing, and tracking workouts. We started to dream up the potential of this new software for coaches and set out to build a powerful tool to write, organize and track workouts.

Taking the inefficient process of writing and delivering handwritten workouts from paper notebooks to the cloud, we developed MainSet, a comprehensive and trackable coaching toolkit, for iPhone and iPad. On January 12th, 2016 we launched the first version of MainSet to the wild with a powerful mobile application and a limited web application to access workouts, rosters, and settings.MainSet Initial Release Graphic

Since its launch, MainSet has built a strong user base. With three different pricing options — Year Round Annual, Year Round Monthly and College/High School pricing — we have seen a huge adoption of this product by coaches around the globe.

Since its release we have been working with our coaches to take MainSet to the next level. We found that even with a comprehensive mobile application, coaches still enjoy writing and planning workouts on a desktop computer. Thus, we began the next evolution of MainSet with massive improvements to MainSet's web application, including three new complete modules to manage your practice calendar, write and manage workouts, and run swimmer performance reports. Released this Fall, the adoption of the new web workout writing and creation feature has been amazing!

Our engineering team has been working diligently, constantly releasing new features and updates to the mobile and web based applications. Over the last 12 months here are a few of the highlighted features released in 2016:
