We are excited to announce that the YMCA Swimming & Diving system is now able to accept credit card payments for team registrations and meet sanctions.
This new feature allows National YMCA Competitive Swimming & Diving, Regional Representatives, YMCA Teams, and The YMCA of the USA to capitalize on new efficiencies replacing the tedious job of requesting, collecting and depositing registration or meet sanction checks. No longer will teams need to request checks from their finance departments, mail it to the regional representative and have the regional representative mail the checks to the YMCA of the USA to be deposited. The entire process is now streamlined through proven and secure credit card processing.
TeamUnify has worked directly with National YMCA Competitive Swimming & Diving and the YMCA of the USA to implement the credit card processing system. Meredith Griffin, the National Swimming and Diving Sports Coordinator, has been an integral part of bringing this powerful feature the YMCA Swimming & Diving system.
Using the electronic payment system simplifies the process for everyone – local YMCAs, coaches, regional Y reps, and accounting in our national office. It is faster and more secure than sending paper checks through the mail, making tracking and reporting easier than ever before.
Meredith Griffin, National Swimming and Diving Sports Coordinator
Starting on September 1st, 2016 registration will open for the 2016/2017 season and all Team Registrations and Meet Sanctions will require payment via a credit card. If you have any questions about this please contact your regional YMCA representative.
We hope you enjoy an all new level of efficiency with this brand new system!
