Until now, there has never been a quick way to capture and share your team's swim meet videos. With the most recent release, we are proud to announce that MainSet now has a lightning fast way to record and tag videos at swim meets!
In a meet's new Commitment Log tab, any admin can see exactly who made changes to meet entries, what the changes were and when. The following activities are posted in the Commitment Log per event:
Athlete committed or declined to attend meet
Athlete added or removed from event #
Athlete approved, rejected or cleared from event #
Athlete unattached or attached
Event file generated
Now if there are any questions about who entered a child into a meet or certain events, the log will show the changes made in a searchable, editable and customizable log much like your current Account/Member Admin area.

We are excited to announce that the YMCA Swimming & Diving system is now able to accept credit card payments for team registrations and meet sanctions. This new feature allows National YMCA Competitive Swimming & Diving, Regional Representatives, YMCA Teams, and The YMCA of the USA to capitalize on new efficiencies replacing the tedious job of requesting, collecting and depositing registration or meet sanction checks. No longer will teams need to request checks from their finance departments, mail it to the regional representative and have the regional representative mail the checks to the YMCA of the USA to be deposited. The entire process is now streamlined through proven and secure credit card processing.

Since its release we have been working with our coaches to take MainSet to the next level. We found that even with a comprehensive mobile application, coaches still enjoy writing and planning workouts on a desktop computer. Thus, we began the next evolution of MainSet with massive improvements to MainSet's web application, including three new complete modules to manage your practice calendar, write and manage workouts, and run swimmer performance reports. Released this Fall, the adoption of the new web workout writing and creation feature has been amazing!
