Update Team Records Automatically! It's Effortless to Update and Publish!

When an athlete breaks a record it's incredibly important news. Well how do you even know this has occurred? TeamUnify has taken the guess work out of record creation and management. Only three simple steps are required when you are importing meet results. Watch the video below for step-by-step instructions.


As an administrator you have absolute, record-by-record, control of the record updating process.

This screen shot below shows the selection window to select one, many, or all records the TeamUnify software has found during the swim meet results import process. 

Import Meet Results and Approve Records

Follow these three simple steps:

Step 1:  Create your records.  Step 2: Push the actual records. Step 3: Import your results file and TeamUnify will share the good news with you.  Follow this quick training below and read about in our Auto Update Records FAQ.

  1. Go to your records tab module and select add new to create your records.

  2. Go to your Time Reports tab and create your top times by event records.  Once they’re in view, just snapshot and overwrite a record by selecting the record you created in step 1.

  3. It’s magic time!  Go to your Results by Meets tab and import your new results file ensuring you select ‘Update records if new records found’.  Once your file is imported, TeamUnify will notify you of all records that have been broken.
