We are proud to announce that you can now add, edit and delete TeamFeed posts directly from your team's website!
Athletes spend over 95% of their time with your swim team at practice. These are memorable experiences, growth opportunities, and team fun that is mostly forgotten about and often left at practice. Later, when Mom and Dad show up and ask, “How was practice today?” the answer they seem to get is, “Fine.”
Since its launch, MainSet, TeamUnify's online coaching toolkit, has been accessible by an iOS and online web app at mainset.com. This covered roughly 80% of all users on the TeamUnify platform. We had plans to build the MainSet toolkit for Android users and we are proud to announce it's time. Android users rejoice! MainSet coaching tools are now available for you. However, it may not be where you expect it.
Ever since TeamUnify released MainSet in early 2016, video has been on the forefront of its feature list. The ability to quickly capture, easily upload with unlimited storage, then share directly with your team's existing family and swimmer's profiles have always been key features that coaches and administrators love.
– John Digby, Head Coach Norwich Swan Swimming Club
Before TeamUnify, our website was based on Joomla CMS and we had customised it to fit our needs as a swimming club — building our own database of swimmer times, and using attendance registers coded by a volunteer parent. The Joomla system was providing our membership database, and we were accessing that in a myriad of ways. It was quite advanced, but cumbersome and taking a lot of time to maintain; our registration system was unable to handle the increased number of swimmers in our squads.
We were looking for a way to handle online entry to galas, like all clubs desperate to find a better way of handling paper entries, but that was beyond our skill set.
–Michael Kinross, Sandpipers of Nevada
The Sandpipers of Nevada began using MainSet in September of 2016 and it continues to make the day-to-day functionality of our swim team easier. We were initially looking for a simple and visible way to track exactly what our athletes were doing within our program, from the novice to the National level swimmer. MainSet was the perfect answer.

MainSet, TeamUnify's workout and practice management toolkit, now has a powerful workout importer. Any workout written in Team ManagerTM can be pulled over and uploaded in minutes. Looking back, it is hard to think that we only launched MainSet a year ago. Since it was one of the most highly requested features here at TeamUnify, there was a definite need for a coaching toolkit that simplified writing, organizing, and tracking workouts. We started to dream up the potential of this new software for coaches and set out to build a powerful tool to write, organize and track workouts.
MainSet’s video producer is one of the most highly utilized features inside MainSet’s powerful coaching toolkit. Until now, there has never been a quick way to capture and share your team's swim meet videos. With the most recent release, we are proud to announce that MainSet now has a lightning fast way to record and tag videos at swim meets!
We are proud to announce that MainSet Web now includes a powerful and visual reporting suite to go along with its other innovative coaching tools. MainSet, TeamUnify's workout and practice management software, has been helping coaches around the world unlock useful insights into their swimmers' workout performance. With the new Web Reports, coaches can break down swimmer statistics including distance, stroke mix, test set times, attendance and more, all from the convenience of a laptop or desktop computer.
